Transitioning from school to career is a big deal!

At SailPoint we don’t only attract strong STEM talent to our teams, we grow it! Our early career programs are designed to make the shift from student to professional easy and fun. Each summer, we welcome a cohort of interns and new grads to our Austin, Texas headquarters for programs designed to help them learn our business, our culture and how to be a great crew member.

SAIL-U

Start smart

SAIL-U is a cohort experience that helps participants build a strong network and knowledge base so that they can make an immediate impact on our business. Over the course of three weeks, the group goes through an extensive onboarding that provides overviews covering the company’s culture and values, general business know-how and etiquette, industry overviews, and role-specific processes. The best part: SAIL-U participants get to know one another and many of the leaders and teammates they’ll be working with right away.

For a company to invest in new grads … with no experience and pull them into this three-week program to learn everything from A to Z about the company, it really just made you feel like the company cared about you. It’s just so awesome to get out of college and then, before you know it, you’re talking to the CEO!

Interns

An impactful internship

Our interns are a big part of SailPoint—involved and solving problems from the start. They come from all backgrounds, and bring their diverse talents to drive innovation, grow our people, and add to our culture.

Over the course of 10 weeks, the intern group will have an immersive meaningful work experience in the function of their choice. This program offers virtual and in person opportunities with a focus on personal growth and a deeper understanding of SailPoint’s culture and values. Interns also get a peek into some of the Sail-U events so they can get a sense of what’s it’s like to start a career at SailPoint after graduation.
